I wanted to flag an issue with the Tall Boy Shuttle that arrived in our recent shipment.
Upon delivery and inspection, we noticed the Shuttle was broken. Based on the condition of the packaging and the break itself, it appears to be a manufacturing quality control issue rather than damage caused during shipping. The defect does not look like something that occurred in transit and likely was not caught prior to the unit being sent out.
Please let us know the next steps for replacement or resolution, and if you need any photos or additional documentation from our end.
