Order Fulfillment
At Summit Fishing Equipment, we strive to fulfill orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that this timeframe refers to processing and preparing your order for shipment and does not include the time in transit. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled, the shipping method selected at checkout will determine the delivery time. For example, if you place an order on Friday evening, it will be fulfilled on the following Monday. If you select 2-day shipping, your order should arrive by Wednesday. Please keep in mind that shipping days refer to business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once the package has been handed off to the carrier, the responsibility for timely delivery is out of our control. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for shipping delays or errors made by the shipping carrier.

Holiday & Sale Periods
During busy periods such as holidays or sale events, there may be delays in both fulfillment and shipping times due to high demand. While we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates during these times. Please plan accordingly and understand that such delays are beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions & International Orders
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only (or specify regions if international shipping is available). Any international shipping will have extended delivery times based on customs and other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey. If your order hasn't arrived by the expected date, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number.

Summit Fishing Equipment Warranty Policy

At Summit Fishing Equipment, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on our products.

Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty covers factory defects and workmanship issues.
  • This warranty does not cover personal damage, misuse, or modifications.
  • Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and require proof of purchase.

Exclusions

  • Electronics from Garmin, Lowrance, and Amped Outdoors are not covered under our warranty. Any warranty claims for these brands must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
  • Items used improperly or with non-Summit Fishing products will void the warranty. (Example: Using a Summit Bag with a non-Summit Shuttle).

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  1. A receipt (either from Summit Fishing or an authorized dealer).
  2. A photo of the damaged item showing the issue.

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Summit Fishing Equipment. If a claim is determined to be fraudulent or does not meet our warranty guidelines, Summit Fishing reserves the right to deny the claim.
